Vegetable Pizza - Serves 1 to 2

  • Low Gi Pizza
  • Fresh tomatoes
  • 4 sliced green and black olives
  • 3 mushrooms sliced
  • Low fat cheddar cheese (grated)

A low Gi pizza may be purchased ready made at J Sainsbury from their ‘Be Good to Yourself’ range. Using the pizza add extra toppings in the following order - sliced fresh tomato, black & green olives, sliced mushrooms. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over then Bake for approximately 12 mins at 425°F (220°C) until cheese has browned. Slice and serve.
