Seafood Salad - Serves 1
- 100g cooked prawns
- 100g smoked salmon
- 50g cold cooked salmon
- 20g cooked prawns with shells on
- 1 tbsp low fat seafood dressing
- 2 slices of Multiseed bread
- Handful of green salad leaves
- 1 tomato sliced
- Lemon wedge
Arrange the seafood, bread and salad on a plate. Dress the seafood with the seafood sauce and serve with a wedge of lemon.
