Seafood Salad - Serves 1

  • 100g cooked prawns
  • 100g smoked salmon
  • 50g cold cooked salmon
  • 20g cooked prawns with shells on
  • 1 tbsp low fat seafood dressing
  • 2 slices of Multiseed bread
  • Handful of green salad leaves
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • Lemon wedge

Arrange the seafood, bread and salad on a plate. Dress the seafood with the seafood sauce and serve with a wedge of lemon.
