Lunchbox Ideas - Serves 1

Not only does Country Oven Low Gi Multiseed bread taste great, it provides a key ingredient for a superb lunch box.

Most options are low Gi – a few are medium - as are the recommended accompaniments, fruit and drinks.

Many of these easy to make sandwich fillings can also be served up as a salad, along with a slice or two of Country Oven Low Gi Multiseed bread for an appetising evening meal.
